The Founders

Studio 76, LLC. is founded by Nate Penati, AIA., F.E., LEED AP. and Preeti Swaminathan LEED AP. Nate possesses Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, a Master’s degree in Structural engineering, and is duly licensed as architect in the states of Virginia, Maryland and District of Columbia. Preeti possesses a Master’s degree in Architecture.

Our Experience

Our organization is a full service design-build firm. We are LEED accredited design professionals and EPA lead safe certified - CLASS A licensed contractors. Nate is also a licensed realtor in the state of Virginia. Together we have combined experience of over 28 years and had worked for some well-known award winning architectural firms.

Our Mission

Our mission is to diligently apply skills, talents, and life experiences to the construction of custom homes and fit-outs that adequately meet one’s personal standards and needs. We strive to make sure that our clients enjoy their building experience from initial planning to the completion of a project until which they call the house their home, or, place of work their retreat.
